TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It suggests the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But better than someone with no brokerage experience.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker this new, that range is not narrow.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, automated trading, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but needs the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That would be a good addition when it lands.

Costs

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Good for beginners.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Execution Speed

This is the thing Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does this affect you? If you scalp, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That says something about priorities.

Pair that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package makes sense. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Safety

Now, the part that requires honesty. The broker is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

That said. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Dodgy operations do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. None of this guarantee anything. It does be part of your assessment.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it depends on you.

The Bonus

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Usual deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you commit.
